Budget and Timeline

Initial 3-Year Program Budget:

The total cost budgeted for the first three years of operation is $330,000. This includes training and capacity building through the Sirolli Institute and a full-time Enterprise Facilitator.  It is our goal to secure sufficient funding to support an Enterprise Facilitator for the first three years of operation to allow the program time to fully develop and demonstrate measurable results. 

The local project management team will assume the role of securing on-going local investment to support and sustain the annual budget for the program. The majority of the post-implementation annual expense, estimated at $60,000 is associated with the salary for the Enterprise Facilitator with the remainder to cover the on-going training and minimal overhead expenses of the local project management team and resource board.

 As we have not yet met our goal of $330,000, additional financial support both from local and outside sources will be critical to get the project off the ground. We are energized by local interest and the receipt of several grants totaling $189,720 to-date. Fueled by this enthusiasm, we have established an ambitious implementation schedule. Please help us meet our goals by making a contribution today!

Timeline:

February - December 2007 

Steering Committee formed, fundraising begins.

February 2008 

Contract with the Sirolli Institute signed. Project Management Team forms.

March – July 2008

Recruit and train Resource Board; hire and train Enterprise Facilitator.  

September 2008

GROW North Santiam program begins operations!
