Led by Dr. Jennifer Webster, this workshop will provide participants an interactive opportunity to learn the basics of customer service – body language, tone of voice, attitude – and the specific actions people do to “amaze” and “damaze” their internal and external customers – both in person and on the phone. Good customer service is central to the success of every business. Prepare yourself and your employees for the upcoming summer season.
