for Business 1st session
July 27th and August 3rd, 9:00
am – 4:00 pm, Mill City Middle School
In
this comprehensive 2-part course,
participants will learn how to set up a company, create a foundational
chart of
accounts and understand the relationship between forms, lists and
registers.
Participants will also learn
how to create an accounts payable and accounts receivable system,
generate and
interpret reports, create an inventory system, and estimate time
tracking and
job costing.
To allow for more
interactive time with the instructor, space in this class is limited. Early registration is recommended!

Development
August
9th and 10th, 6:00-8:00 pm, Mill City Middle School
This
course will provide participants with
skills to design a basic website, how to update and add content to an
existing
website.
It will also look at the pros
and cons of doing website work in-house versus outsourcing. If
it isn’t your intent to design your
own
website, this class will give you a basic understanding of what goes
into
designing a webpage and the technical jargon that will put you on an
even
playing field when consulting with a professional website developer.
